    Incredibly, Aspen/Snowmass averages a 60-80 inch base at the end of March each year. Display photos are actual scenes from past trips at the end of March.

    Located in the heart of downtown Aspen, the North of Nell condominiums offer one, two and three bedroom units right at the base of Aspen Mountain. Through special arrangements, we are able to offer ski & stay packages at the prestigious North of Nell along with discounted lift tickets.

    North of Nell Condominiums offer spacious accommodations with full kitchens with full sized appliances, dining area, living room and a balcony. Amenities include complimentary underground parking with elevator access, daily maid service and laundry.

    Aspen/Snowmass features four distinct mountains: Aspen Mountain just steps from the North of Nell condominiums, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk, over 300 trails all easily accessible by interconnecting complimentary bus service. The award-winning Aspen shuttle service is just across the street from the North of Nell building.
