Our methodology is to collaborate with the client so as to understand their goals and objectives for the subject occasion. We then develop a detailed plan that addresses the client’s requirements and budget. This plan would include all facets of the event as required such as hotel rooms/pricing, meeting facilities, refreshments and dinner and entertainment group functions.

We use the relationships developed within our industry to deliver added maximum value to each of our clients. Most importantly, we hold the client’s identity confidential so they cannot be taken advantage of by venues and vendors.

Case Study

An ongoing client that uses our services and had very recently decided on a venue for their conference came back to us only four months prior to the start date. We were informed that the budget was slashed and they needed to cancel the original venue contract and find a new venue of similar quality but at a cost reduction of 25%.

We accomplished the task in twelve business days. The new venue received universal praise from the attendees and the client netted a 32% savings over the original venue.
