GRAND REOPENING OF TRUMP NATIONAL DORAL

CEO attends the introduction of the renovated Trump National Doral located in Miami, FL. Provided information about the redesigned golf courses, ballroom, meeting facilities and guest rooms illustrated the $300 million in improvements since Trump purchased the world famous resort.

CEO ATTENDS TRAVEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE IN SAN FRANCISCO

Marriott International was the host of this three day conference focusing on the latest improvements and innovations in the hospitality industry.

Featured topics included Marriott Global and North American property updates, the latest in the ever changing environment of group air travel by conference co-sponsor partner American Airlines and presentations by leading industry experts.

Daniel Burrus, one of the leading technology forecasters and strategists, gave the keynote address. Jim Feldman, a nationally renowned speaker and author, delivered a program that demonstrated how to develop experiences that exceed customer expectations. A separate presentation on understanding the four generations that make up the current workforce was most informative.

Numerous activities covering a vast array of entertainment and recreational venues were offered during the conference and post trip to the California wine country. Among the highlights were the San Francisco City Tour featuring new landmarks and SBC baseball park, Alcatraz and Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, The Lodge at Sonoma, cooking at Ramekins, and a wine blending class where a personal blend of wine is created and bottled right in the winery’s barrel room.
